The National Disability Data Asset Council provides an annual report to Disability Ministers. This is a requirement under the National Disability Data Asset Charter (the Charter) and the Council’s Terms of Reference. The report must include information on:

  • Uses and outcomes of the National Disability Data Asset
  • Whether the rules and principles in the Charter are being followed
  • How data is kept safe, and any data breaches.

The first National Disability Data Asset Council Annual Report covers the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
