Different groups must use the 4 principles.

This includes:

• the Data Asset team

• government agencies who manage and keep data safe

• the Council

• panels.

A panel is a group of people who give the Council advice.

When these groups use the principles, they will also need to think about:

• the National Disability Data Asset Charter

• the Council’s goals for the Data Asset and what they want it to achieve.
